  • Document Requirements
    1. An Indonesian citizen (WNI), at least 21 years old.
    2. Having the main income sources from:
      1. Business activity is not in the form of a legal entity and have been operating for at least 2 (two) years as evidenced by business licensing documents in accordance with the applicable regulations, or
      2. As an employee/retiree as evidenced by a permanent employment appointment certificate or a certificate of employment or a pension certificate
    3. Must have a Bank Mandiri account. In the event that the Prospective Agent does not have any account, be requested to open a Bank Mandiri account.
    4. A prospective Agent is not under collaboration with other banks.
    5. Possessing means to carry out functions as Mandiri Agent, such as computer/laptop/smartphone, and a connection to a communication network.
    6. Preparing a safe place to store money and documents with a locked condition at the place of business.
  • How to Apply
    1. Prospective Agent fills out the application form for Mandiri Agent.
    2. Prospective Agent must complete application documents to the nearest Bank Mandiri Branch Office.

  • Copy of e-KTP (e-ID Card) or Certificate of Domicile signed by Kelurahan (Village) Office.
  • Copy of Business Certificate (SKU for Prospective Agent having business activities).
  • For Prospective Agents with a fixed income as Employees/Retirees:
    • Last pay slip or Employment Appointment Letter.
    • Retirement certificate.
  • Copy of NPWP (Tax Id No.) for those being required based on Law, or Certificate of not having NPWP (for those who are not required according to the Law).

Mandiri Agent will get commission fee for each transaction processed using the transaction facilities as specified by Bank Mandiri.

  • Service fee charged to Mandiri Agent
    No fee will be charged to Agen Laku Pandai for Mandiri Agent application facilities and mini ATM EDC. Agents will only be charged for administration fee of the Savings account and debit card.
  • Service Fee charged to Customer who transacts at Mandiri Agent
    Customer will be charged with a service fee in accordance with the services fees listed at the mandiri agent.

Mandiri Agen application is a mobile application used by Bank Mandiri Branchless Banking Agents to serve customers to provide convenience and to facilitate financial transaction activities.

Mandiri Agen serves banking transactions as per customers’ needs using Mandiri Agen Application and/or Mini ATM EDC, so that there are inherent risks, including the following:

 
  • System Failure Risk
    Risk of communication network disruption or facilities system maintenance so that it can cause slow-down or failure transactions.
  • Payment Failure Risk
    Payment failure risks occur if Agent executes banking transactions exceeding the daily limit or the accumulated limit of or does not have sufficient balance in the Agent's transaction account.
  • Transaction Error Risks
    In executing transactions, there are risks of errors in entering the destination number and transaction nominal. The agent is obliged to ensure the data input on the transaction facility to customer before carrying out the transaction.
  • Cash Management Risks
    There is a risk of discrepancy in receiving and paying cash amount in banking transaction services. Agent is obliged to ensure that the money received from and paid to Customer is matching.
  • Crime Risk
    In running a business, there is an inherent risk of being affected by crimes such as social engineering (online data theft), theft or fraud. Agents may coordinate with local security officers and be careful in running a business.
