Registrasi Livin'poin

• Type the SMS “register (space) LP” and send it to 83355 from the registered mobile number for SMS Banking facilities.
• Customers will then receive an OTP SMS from 83355, which is used for registration. The OTP has a validity period of 15 minutes.
• Visit the website https://fiestapoin.bankmandiri.co.id or Mandiri Poin app
• Select the sign-up menu, then choose SMS.
• Enter the name data for the Mandiri Livin'poin account (maximum 16 characters), mobile number, and OTP received earlier from SMS Banking 83355.

• For customers registering through the website: click on the captcha, follow the captcha instructions, and then click OK.
• For customers registering through the mobile app: click OK.

1. Insert the card into the ATM machine and enter the PIN.

Mandiri Debit Card

• Click on the "other transactions" menu.
• Choose the e-banking registration menu.
• Select the Livin'poin menu.

Mandiri Credit Card

• Click on the Livin'poin menu.
• Choose the Livin'poin registration menu.
  • Enter the mobile number for the Livin'poin user and the 6-digit PIN that will be used in the sign-up process for activation on the Mandiri points website/app.
  • Sign up for activation through the website/app Mandiri points can be done after 4 hours from the registration process at the ATM.
  • The sign-up process for activation can be done by customers by accessing the website https://fiestapoin.bankmandiri.co.id or the Mandiri points app.
  • Click on the sign-up menu, then choose ATM.
  • Enter the name data for the Livin'poin account (maximum 16 characters), mobile number, and PIN previously entered through the ATM, then click Get verification code. The verification code will be sent to the mobile number entered in the form of an SMS.
  • Enter the verification code.
  • Then continue the process:
• For customers registering through the website: click on the captcha, follow the captcha instructions, and then click OK.
• For customers registering through the mobile app: click OK.
