Kopra Smart Account is a cash management service in the form of the use of a virtual current account sub-account (Virtual Account) that helps the Company to manage centralized funds with the ease of allocation, recording, and identification of transactions.

What are the features of the Kopra Smart Account service?
- The opening and management of transaction limits is carried out independently by the Company through the Kopra Smart Account Portal or Kopra Host to Host (API) integration.
- Flexibility of Smart Account numbering according to the Company's needs.
- Account management flexibility, including blocking/unblocking Smart Accounts through the Kopra Smart Account Portal or Kopra Host to Host (API) integration.
- Kopra Smart Account can be transacted through Bank Mandiri's digital channels, such as: ATM, EDC, Branch Offices, Kopra by Mandiri, Kopra Host to Host Payment, as well as bank digital channels other than Bank Mandiri.
Who are the users of the Kopra Smart Account?
Kopra Smart Account users are legal subjects in the form of entities, whether in the form of legal entities or non-legal entities that have signed the General Terms & Conditions for the use of the Kopra Smart Account service with Bank Mandiri.
Furthermore, the User authorizes individuals or entities, whether in the form of legal entities or non-legal entities (hereinafter referred to as Smart Account Holders) to have a Kopra Smart Account and transact in accordance with the Smart Account Limit owned.
How much does a Kopra Smart Account charge?
There are 6 (six) components of fees charged for the use of the Kopra Smart Account service:
- Smart Account Number Creation Fee: IDR 2,500,-
- Card Issuance Fee: IDR 15,000,-
- Admin Fee: IDR 2,500
- Card Admin Fee: IDR 7,500
- Transaction Fee: IDR 2,500,-
- Disbursement Fee: 0.05% max. IDR5 Million
What is the procedure for opening the Kopra Smart Account service?
Prospective Kopra Smart Account Users can contact the nearest Bank Mandiri Branch Office for further follow-up by the Transaction Banking Wholesale Region team.
What is a Smart Account limit?
It is a limit set to limit the nominal amount of debit and/or credit transactions on Smart Accounts.
What is the Smart Account limit?
The limit amount refers to the limit set determined by the Customer for each Smart Account number. The use of the limit also depends on the availability of the balance in the Parent Account (Current Account).
How long is the Smart Account limit valid?
The validity period of the Smart Account limit refers to the period determined by the Customer for each Smart Account number.
What is a Smart Account debit card?
The type of debit card issued by Bank Mandiri for the purpose of Kopra Smart Account service. Currently, there are 2 types of debit cards issued, including:


What is the procedure for issuing a Smart Account debit card?
The Customer can make a request for the issuance of a Smart Account debit card to Bank Mandiri through the Kopra Smart Account Portal which can be accessed by the Customer.
How long is the validity period of the physical debit card Smart Account that can be used by the Holder?
The validity period of the Smart Account debit card is according to the month and year stated on the physical card.
What if the Holder Forgot the PIN/Smart Account Debit Card is blocked?
Smart Account Holders can contact the Customer's PIC to be able to unblock Smart Account Debit Cards / Re-issue PIN through the Kopra Smart Account Portal. Smart Account Holders can also visit the nearest Bank Mandiri branch office to unblock Smart Account debit cards/ PIN Re-issue.
What if the Smart Account debit card is damaged?
Smart Account Holders can contact the Customer's PIC to be able to replace the Smart Account debit card.

The Cut off Time of the Kopra Smart Account service follows the applicable Cut off Time rules for transactions (e.g., COT SKN/RTGS transactions at KCM).
How to make a Kopra Smart Account cash deposit transaction through a Mandiri branch office (Teller)?
- Smart Account Holder visits the nearest Bank Mandiri Branch Office.
- Smart Account Holder fills out the Deposit/Clearing/Transfer/Inkaso Form (FFO 079) with the following contents:
- Name : Name of the VA owner
- Account number : VA Number (Prefix 81xx )
- Banks : Independent
- Depositors : Depositor name
- Address & phone number : Depositor address
- Number and Numbered : As per deposit
- The Smart Account Holder submits the Deposit/Clearing/Transfer/Inkaso Form (FFO 079) and Personal Identity (KTP) informing the Teller.
- The teller makes inputs in BDS as follows:
- Enter kotran 2349
- Enter the VA Number (prefix 81xx).
- Select CIF
- Enter the depositor's NIK/ID card
- Enter the amount to be deposited
- Enter the news note to be filled in (example: Deposit Destination/Outlet Name)
- As proof of payment, Smart Account Holders receive a slip and advice that has been validated.
How to make Kopra Smart Account cash withdrawal transactions through Mandiri branch offices (Teller)?
- Smart Account Holder visits the nearest Bank Mandiri Branch Office.
- Smart Account Holder fills out the Withdrawal Form (FFO 011) with the following input:
- Account Owner Name : Name of the VA owner
- Account Number : VA Number (Prefix 81xx )
- Number and Numbered : As per withdrawal
- News : (e.g. Withdrawal Destination/Outlet Name)
- The Smart Account Holder submits the Withdrawal Form (FFO 011) and informs the Teller.
- The teller makes inputs in BDS as follows:
- Enter kotran 2300
- Enter a Debit Account with VA Number (prefix 81xx).
- Enter the cash value according to the amount on the withdrawal form.
- Enter the news note to be filled in (example: Withdrawal Destination/Outlet Name)
- The teller asks the Smart Account Holder to enter the Smart Account Card PIN into the available PIN Pad.
- As proof of payment, Smart Account Holders receive a slip and advice that has been validated.
What are the risks that arise from using the Kopra Smart Account service?
- The possibility of disruption to the communication network that causes access to the Kopra Smart Account service to be disrupted/cannot be done.
- Possible anomalies in the delay in sending transaction reports to the SAMS Portal service.
