How to make a payment using QRIS by redeeming Livin' Poin

Open your Livin’ by Mandiri app to do a payment.

Choose to pay with QRIS.

Scan the QR code payment showed by the merchant.

Enter your transaction amount. A minimum amount will be required to redeem points.

Slide all the way to the right to use all points.

On the confirmation page, Transaction Amount = amount received by merchant. Amount beside the Continue Payment = amount paid after points redemption.

Payment successful! Total Transaction = amount received by the merchant, meanwhile the amount is what you paid + points redeemed.

QR Payment

What is QR Payment?

QR Payment is a feature in the Livin' by Mandiri application that allows customers to make payments using QR codes through several methods, namely:

  • Merchant Presented Mode (MPM): The customer scans the payment QR code provided by the merchant.
  • Customer Presented Mode (CPM): The customer displays the QR code generated in the Livin' by Mandiri application, and the merchant scans this payment QR code.

Where can I make transactions using QR Payment?

Payments using QR Payment can be made at all merchants that provide QRIS payment methods.

How do I access the QR Payment feature and make a transaction with it?

QR Payment using the MPM method are carried out through the QR Pay menu located on the page before login and the QRIS menu on the Livin' by Mandiri app home page. After selecting the menu, customers can immediately scan the merchant's QR payment code.

QR Payment using the CPM method are conducted through the QRIS menu on the Livin' by Mandiri app homepage, then selecting the Show QR Payment sub-menu. After entering the EPIN, the payment QR code will be displayed and the customer shows the payment QR code to be scanned by the merchant.

Can I use QR Payment on the page before logging in?

Customers can make QR Payment transactions using the MPM method on the page before logging in via the QR Payment menu by first activating the feature in the Instant Access menu on the Settings page of the Livin' by Mandiri app.

What sources of funds can I use for QR Payment?

Customers can use funds from savings accounts, checking accounts, credit cards, and other sources of funds developed and determined by Bank Mandiri in the future to make QR Payment transactions on the Livin' by Mandiri app.

Are there any fees for using QR Payment?

There are no additional fees for customers who make transactions using the QR Payment menu in the Livin' by Mandiri app, but customers can give tips on top of the transaction amount.

What is the transaction limit for QR Payment?

The transaction limit for QR Payment using the MPM method is IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) per transaction and IDR 30,000,000 (thirty million rupiah) per day. Meanwhile, the transaction limit for QR Payment using the CPM method is IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) per day and per transaction. The maximum cumulative transaction limit for all features on the page before login is Rp2,000,000.00 (two million rupiah) per day, including the QR Payment feature.

What if my QR Payment transaction fails, but my balance is debited?

Customers can call 14000, email mandiricare@bankmandiri.co.id, or visit the nearest branch to apply for a refund.

Redeem Livin' Points

What is the Redeem Livin' Points feature for QRIS transactions?

This is a loyalty programme by Bank Mandiri that allows customers to get a discount when making QRIS payments by redeeming their Livin' Points. This makes transactions more affordable and profitable.

What are the requirements to redeem Livin' Points for QRIS transactions?

  • Customers must have at least 1,000 Livin' Points.
  • The transaction amount must meet the minimum requirement set by each merchant.

Can I redeem Livin' Points for all QRIS transactions?

No. Customers can only redeem Livin' Points for domestic QRIS MPM transactions at selected merchants.

What payment sources can I use to redeem Livin' Points for QRIS transactions?

Customers can use funds from their Savings and active Credit Cards that appear when transacting with QRIS on Livin' by Mandiri.

What if I do not want to redeem my Livin' Points during a QRIS transaction?

Customers can set the number of Livin' Points to 0 by sliding the bar all the way to the left, or by tapping "Edit" and entering 0.

Can I pay the full transaction amount using Livin' Points?

No. Livin' Points can only be used as a discount on QRIS transactions. The remaining amount must be paid using an available payment method.

What is the minimum number of Livin' Points I can redeem for a QRIS transaction?

The minimum is 0 points, meaning you can choose not to redeem any points.

What is the minimum transaction amount to redeem Livin' Points?

The minimum transaction amount varies depending on each merchant and the available promotions. For merchants with active promotions, customers can check the minimum amount in the Livin' by Mandiri app by:

  • Tapping the QRIS button in the Livin' by Mandiri app
  • Scanning the merchant's QRIS code
  • On the payment amount screen, check the minimum transaction required to redeem Livin' Points

How can I find out the number of Livin'points I have?

Customers can view their Livin' Points in the Livin' by Mandiri app through the Loyalty button or click The Livin' Points button on the Livin' by Mandiri home screen.

Are there any additional fees for redeeming Livin' Points in QRIS transactions?

No. There are no additional charges for using the Livin' Points redemption feature.

Why can't I redeem Livin' Points at certain merchants?

Livin' Points can only be redeemed at selected merchants, depending on the programme period and quota availability. If the programme has ended or the quota has been used up, points cannot be redeemed at those merchants.

What happens if my transaction fails or is cancelled?

If a QRIS transaction fails: The redeemed Livin' Points will be returned to the customer's account, any remaining payment will be refunded to the original payment source (savings account or credit card limit).
