Livin' Paylater is a loan facility provided by Bank Mandiri for QR transaction payments at all merchants with a buy now and pay later concept in 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Livin' Paylater can be used at all merchants that have QR by using the Pay QR in the Livin' by mandiri application.

Livin' Paylater uses the concept of multiple billing so that the payment due date for each transaction is 1 month from the transaction date. For example, a transaction is made on 12 July 2023 with a 3-month tenor, then the due dates are 12 August, 12 September and 12 October 2023. 3 months tenor, then the due dates are 12 August, 12 September and 12 October 2023. For transactions on 30/31, the due date will be advanced to the last date of the month.

Livin' Paylater payments are made by auto debit according to the transaction due date, you only need to ensure the availability of funds in the account.

Early repayment is currently not possible.

You will be charged a late fee of 4% of the outstanding and your Livin' Paylater account will be temporarily blocked.

If you feel that you have not made a transaction, you should immediately report the transaction via Mandiri Call 14000.

  • If there are repeated unapproved transactions, first check the limit availability and status of your Livin' Paylater account through the Livin' application.
  • If the limit is still available and the Livin' paylater account status is still active, report the transaction problem via Mandiri Call 14000.

Account blocking can be done through Mandiri Call 14000.

  • Example of Bungan instalment with a transaction amount of Rp 2,000,000
  • Example of 3-month tenor calculation (nominal instalments per month)
  • Amount per month =
    (transaction amount/ instalment term) + (1.5% interest on transaction amount)
    = (Rp 2,000,000/3) + (1.5% x Rp 2,000,000)
    = Rp 666,667 + Rp 30,000
    = Rp 696,667
  • Total to be paid = (monthly principal instalment + monthly interest) x instalment tenor + (administration fee 1.5% of transaction amount)
    = (Rp 696,667) x 3 + (1.5% x Rp 2,000,000)
    = Rp 2,090,001 + Rp 30,000
    = Rp 2,120,001
