Mandiri Video Banking Box (V-Box) is one of the customer’s channels to be able to conduct virtual consultations with Bank Officers on the products of Bank Mandiri and the Subsidiary Company.
 
 

New Customers :

  • This is a new customer who has never registered or has Bank Mandiri products.
  • New customers who do not have taxpayer ownership abroad.
 

Existing Customers :

  • Bank Mandiri customers who wish to consult regarding Bank Mandiri products.
  • Bank Mandiri customers who want to open/apply for Bank Mandiri products.

V-Box agents are bank officers who serve V-Box customers virtually via video calls.

 
 

Bank officers are employees of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. whose job is to follow up on customer needs.

 
 
  • Customers come to the V-Box branch location
  • The customer will be directed by an educator or Bank officer to the V-Box if the required service can be provided via the V-Box
 
 

There is no charge to get services via V-Box

Product Related Risk Information
  • Customer is required to keep confidential data (debit card number, card expiry date, CVC/CVV, PIN, username, password, OTP, date of birth, mother’s maiden name) secure. Any misuse of such confidential data by unauthorized parties is entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
