What are Online Custody Services?

Currently, Bank Mandiri Kustodi offers custodial services for its customers that cover, among others things, the settlement of stock exchange transactions and transaction handling.
Online Custody services are the latest web-based services that can make it easier for the customers to make portfolio inquiries and transaction inquiries, to obtain information about corporate actions, and to send instructions directly via Online Custody with a dual control mechanism (makers-checkers).

What are the features of the Online Custody Services?

The features of the Online Custody Services include the following.

  • Portfolio Inquiry

    • This is a feature to inquire about the position of the Portfolio owned by each customer of Bank Mandiri Kustodi in real time.

  • Transaction Settlement Status Inquiry

    • This is a feature to find out the settlement status of transactions made by the customers of Bank Mandiri Kustodi in real time.

  • Information on Corporate Actions Events

    • This is a feature to obtain information regarding Corporate Actions that will occur, both for Mandatory Events and Voluntary Events for securities owned by Bank Mandiri Kustodi’s customers.

  • News Flash

    • This is a feature to provide the latest news information regarding the services of Bank Mandiri Kustodi and the products and services of Bank Mandiri as a whole.

  • Online Delivery of Trade Settlement Instructions

    • This is a feature to enable Bank Mandiri Kustodi’s customers to send instructions directly through Online Custody, using manual input and upload methods. There are user makers and checkers for the approval of this instruction delivery feature. For security purposes, the user checkers will receive an OTP via email which is required to approve the delivery of instructions via Online Custody.

Can customers choose the features available in the Online Custody Services?

The customers of Bank Mandiri Kustodi will get all the features of the Online Custody Services, or they can choose the features available in the Online Custody Services as needed.

Who is entitled to receive Online Custody Services?

All of Bank Mandiri Kustodi’s customers, both Individual customers and Corporate customers, that registered as having active Custody accounts.

How to get Online Custody Services?

NBank Mandiri Kustodi’s customers can fill out the Online Custody Service form by contacting the Relationship Manager and Client Service Team of Bank Mandiri Kustodi via email at the email address: custody@bankmandiri.co.id or by telephone through the contact center at 021-5245157/52913135.

What if you forgot your Online Custody Service username/password?

Bank Mandiri Kustodi’s customers can contact the Client Service Team (CST) through the contact center at 021-5245157/52913135. Recovery of the username/password will be processed in accordance with the existing provisions at Bank Mandiri.

If you have sent Instructions through the Online Custody Services, can you still send the Instructions manually?

In addition to delivering instructions via the Online Custody Services, Bank Mandiri Kustodi’s customers can still send instructions manually, either via fax or email, by notifying Bank Mandiri Kustodi whether the instructions sent manually have been previously sent via Online Custody or not to avoid double transactions.

If a customer already has Online Custody Services, can the Online Custody Services be accessed using KOPRA?

Customers can provision Online Custody Services in the My Product menu and register for Online Custody. The customers will be asked to input the Online Custody username and password. Upon its success, the Online Custody Services will be connected to KOPRA and can be accessed directly via KOPRA.

What additional features will customers get if they access Online Custody Services using KOPRA?

If a customer accesses the Online Custody Service using KOPRA, the customer can view a summary of the securities portfolio and a calendar of events for the customer's securities via KOPRA Dashboard menu. To be able to use KOPRA Dashboard, customers can submit requests to use KOPRA Dashboard directly on KOPRA Dashboard menu.
