Airport Premium Assistance Meet & greet services in several collaborating domestic airports, covering check-in, airport baggage handling and escorting customers to the lounge or boarding gate (departure) and accompanying customers to meet people who will pick them up.

Airport Premium Assistance excludes airport tax or other charges imposed during customer is in an airport location.

  • Airport Premium assistance services are provided specifically to Mandiri Prioritas or Private Customers who meet the minimum Fund Under Management (FUM) criteria which have been determined with a quota of each customer per year, namely as follows:

    > Rp 20 M s.d < Rp 50 M Private 5 Pax
    > Rp 50 M s.d < Rp 100 M Private 10 Pax
    > Rp 100 M s.d < Rp 200 M Private 15 Pax
    > Rp 200 M Private 20 Pax
  • Reservations for airport premium assistance services must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to the customer's scheduled departure through the Relationship Manager/Bank Mandiri Prioritas Outlet by enclosing the detailed flight schedules and mobile/phone contact number.

  • Cancellation of the scheduled airport premium assistance services must be submitted no later than 1 day prior to the customer's scheduled departure. If cancellation made on the departure day, customer's annual quota will be reduced.

  • This benefit may not be assigned/used by other people.
