Mandiri e-Tax is a billing code generation service and payment process for both tax and non-tax obligations in the Modul Penerimaan Negara (MPN) through the Bank’s electronic channel and branches.

Where can users access Mandiri e-Tax services?

• Access the Bank’s electronic channel 24 hours, 7 days can be through:
  Mandiri Cash Management, Mandiri Internet Bisnis, Mandiri Online, EDC Bank Mandiri, ATM Bank Mandiri, Corporate Payable, Kopra Cash Management.
• All Bank Mandiri Branches in accordance with the Bank’s Branch operating hours.

What is the target audience of Mandiri e-Tax?

The target characteristic of the Mandiri e-Tax service are:

• The customer is a mandatory payer.
• The customer has a Tax/Non-Tax payment transaction source account at Bank Mandiri for both individuals and entities.
• Walk In Customer (those who are not yet Bank Mandiri customers) can also use this service.

How long can Mandiri e-Tax be used?

There are no restrictions on the use of Mandiri e-Tax service. Mandiri e-Tax service will always serve you in the whole process of Tax/No-Tax payment for Penerimaan Negara.
