Tips for Using a Mandiri Debit Card Aboard

 
  1. Choose a secure location (near an attendant or in a crowded area).
  2. Ensure that the ATM displays the Visa/Visa Plus logo.
  3. Cancel the transaction and report to the bank if you notice any suspicious signs at the ATM, such as suspicious objects or unusual cables. 
  4. Verifiy that your card, money, and transaction receipt are securely back in your possession.
  5. Stay alert to unknown individuals offering assistance during ATM transactions.
  6. Do not share your Mandiri Debit card PIN with anyone, including Bank representatives.

Instructions for Cash Withdrawals via Visa/Visa Plus ATM

 

a. Transaction can be performed at all ATMs with the Visa/Visa Plus logo. 

b. For overseas cash withdrawal transactions using a Mandiri Debit card, a cash withdrawal fee will be charged according to the currency of the account used in the transaction. Limits and fees refer to the following link: bankmandiri.co.id/debit-biaya-limit

c. The cash withdrawal transaction limit will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah, according to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

d. If your card is lost/stolen/stuck at the ATM or if you need other banking information, contact Mandiri Call immediately from abroad at +6221-52997777.

 
 

Transactions at Stores/Merchants

    1. Make sure you have received the card and transaction proof as well as the purchased items.
    2. Monitor the location of the card attentively.
    3. If there are any suspicious occurrences with the EDC machine, promptly cancel the transaction.
