Kopra Mobile Application

Kopra Mobile Application is the application version of Kopra by Mandiri website that allows customers to access their company’s financial information and approve cash management transactions from their mobile devices.

Where can I access Kopra Mobile Application? 

You can access Kopra Mobile Application by downloading the application on App Store or Play Store. The operating system specifications require a minimum software of iOS version 11 and above and Android version 8 and above.

What can I do with Kopra Mobile Application?

Checking Financial Information

  • Total Available Balance

You can view a summary of the number of accounts and the balances of all accounts that your company hasand they can be filtered based on their ownership (Group: business group accounts, Own: company accounts, All: company accounts plus other registered third-party accounts).

  • Total Other Bank Account Balance

You can view the total balance of other bank accounts that have been registered via Kopra Cash Management.

  • Transaction & Balance History

You can see a summary of the transaction history and the balances of all your company's and other bank accounts on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis.

  • Smart Account Information

You can see the balance of the parent account of your smart accounts¸ the number of virtual accounts issued, and the limit available on those smart accounts.

  • Limit Information

You can view the information on the total non-cash loan limit which consists of Trade, Bank Guarantees and Value Chains. The information displays the total credit limit (ceiling), available limits, limits that have been used but are not yet due (pending limits), and limits that have become an outstanding loan (usage limit).

  • Transaction Reminder

You can see the upcoming due dates of your trade and value chain financing and the coupon date of your security assets through the dates on the calendar which are colored in light blue.

  • Exchange Rate

You can view information on buying and selling rates for 15 foreign currencies, namely AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, EUR, GBP, MYR, HKD, JPY, NOK, NZD, SAR, SEK, SGD, and USD, which are updated in real time.

  • National Pooling

The Notional Pooling information that you can view includes:

  1. Account numbers that have Notional Pooling service;
  2. Total Consolidated Balance;
  3. Total Negative Balance;
  4. Total Positive Balance.
  • Bill Collection

Additional Bill Collection information that you can view includes:

  1. Mandiri Bill Collection transaction history
  2. Information per biller account that includes:
    1. Account numbers;
    2. Biller Names;
    3. Biller Codes;
    4. Frequency;
    5. Volume;
    6. Total Active Billing.
  • Online Custody

Total Assets (Debt & Equity). Additional Online Custody information that you can view is Total Assets (Debt & Equity).

Approvals of Transactional and Non-transactional Activities

  • What transactional activities can I approve?

All transactions submitted from your Kopra Cash Management or Kopra Cash Lite can be processed via Kopra Mobile App.

  • What non-transactional activities can I approve?

Limit Management activities for the allocation of the customers’ credit limits and Holding Management for the purposes of registering the customers’ subsidiary companies can be processed through your Kopra Mobile App.

What do I need to do to log into Kopra Mobile Application?

 

To enter Kopra Mobile Application, the customer must have logged in first via Kopra by Mandiri website at https://www.kopra.bankmandiri.co.id 

Do I need to create a new account to log into Kopra Mobile Application?

You do not need to create a new account to log into Kopra Mobile Application; you can log in using the same account that you use to log in to Kopra website.

What do I need to do to activate my account so I can enter Kopra Mobile Application?

First, open Kopra Mobile Application, then input your Company ID, User ID, and Password from your Company’s User Account (The same one that you use to log in to Kopra via website). Then, a One-Time Password (OTP) code will be sent to the email that you registered for that User ID. Then, after you enter the OTP, the account will be automatically activated and the application is ready to be used.

Can I make transactions through Kopra Mobile Application?

You cannot make transactions through Kopra Mobile Application; you can only approve transactions that have previously been submitted through Kopra Cash Management or Kopra Cash Lite website.

Bank Guarantee with QR Code feature

What is Bank Guarantee with QR Code Feature?

QR Code on Bank Guarantee is one of the features in Kopra Mobile Apps to make it easier to confirm Bank Guarantee issued by Bank Mandiri anytime and anywhere for Bank Guarantee recipients by scanning the QR Code printed on the Bank Guarantee paper or by inputting the Bank Guarantee number.

Where can I access the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature?

The QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature can be accessed on Kopra Mobile Apps which can be downloaded from Apple App Store/Google Play Store.

Who can access the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature?

Customers who can access the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature are customers of Kopra Trade (MGT) or Kopra by Mandiri who have registered on Kopra Trade (MGT) channel.

If I only have one of the services (MCM 2.0/MCM Lite/MGT/MFSCM/MSA), can I still use the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature?

Yes, customers can still use the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature if they only have one of the services as long as the service has been registered on Kopra Trade (MGT) channel.

What should I prepare to use the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature?

Kopra Trade (MGT) customers or Kopra by Mandiri customers who have registered for Kopra Trade (MGT) channel can access Kopra Mobile Apps, log in, and select the "Allow" option in the camera pop-up permission that appears.

What information can be seen by the users of QR Code on Bank Guarantee?

Information related to Bank Guarantees such as:

  1. The Bank Guarantee number
  2. The Applicant's Name
  3. The Beneficiary's Name
  4. Status
  5. Value of Bank Guarantee (currency and nominal)
  6. Date of issue
  7. Expiration Date
  8. Claim Period
  9. Type of Bank Guarantee

Is there a time limit for using the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature?

There is no time limit for using the QR Code on Bank Guarantee feature. The customer can confirm the Bank Guarantee issued by Bank Mandiri, even though the Bank Guarantee is no longer active.
