Terms and Conditions Livin' Merchant Application
DEFINITION
- Livin' Merchant Application, hereinafter referred to as the "Application", is an application owned by Application that enables Merchant to conduct their business activities in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Application is PT Application Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, the owner of the Application, which is authorized to process transactions.
- Electronic Data Capture (EDC) is a payment acceptance service for products using credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards or server-based e-money.
- Merchant is a person who sells goods and/or services either online or offline and is approved by Application as a business partner eligible to receive Transaction Payments based on methods determined by Application.
- Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) is a percentage or specific value of each transaction charged to the Merchant based on an agreement between the Merchant and Application, which is deducted during the transaction settlement.
- MTI is PT Mitra Transaksi Indonesia, which provides Point of Sales (POS) capabilities and other integrated facilities with the Application.
- OTP (One Time Password) is a numeric code sent via SMS (charged according to the service provider's terms and conditions) to the registered mobile phone number of the Merchant used for verification.
- Employee is an individual employed by the Merchant or appointed by the Merchant with authority to conduct business activities, whether as a manager or cashier.
- Buyer means an individual who conducts transactions for the purchase of goods and/or services provided by Merchant. y
- Shipping Service Provider means an entity that provides shipping services for goods from Merchant to Buyer.
- Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is a QR Code payment standard set by Application Indonesia to facilitate QR Code payment transactions in Indonesia.
- Account refers to the Merchant's Application account used for the transaction.
- Transaction is a payment activity conducted using QRIS, debit cards, and/or electronic money.
- Offline Transaction is a payment activity conducted face-to-face.
- Online Transaction is a payment activity conducted using online methods.
- Cash means a payment using Indonesian Rupiah notes and/or coins
- Electronic Money is a payment instrument issued based on the value of money deposited in advance with the issuer and stored electronically.
APPLICATION USAGE PROCEDURES
A. Registration Process (Onboarding)
- General Information
- The Application can be accessed using a smartphone and/or tablet running Android OS.
- Merchant registering an account in the application must have:
1) Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) registered in Application's system.
2) Active account in Application under Merchant's name with the type of Premium Savings, NOW Savings, IDR Business Savings, Mandiri Savings, Business Partner Savings, Online Savings, Payroll Savings and/or Micro Savings. - Merchant may register more than one business using different accounts and phone numbers for each business.
- Merchant must registering a face recognitizion.
- Merchant agree that all data in the registration process will be verified by Application through authorized institutions.
- Phone Number, One Time Password (OTP) and Password
- Merchant shall use an active telephone number registered with Application as the username identity of the Merchant.
- Application will sends an OTP code via SMS to the registered phone number for verification.
- Merchant create an alphanumeric password to access the Application Account.
- Passwords and OTP codes are confidential. Merchant must maintain the confidentiality of OTP codes and passwords, including not disclosing them to anyone, including family members, close associates, or persons claiming to be employees of Application.
- If the telephone number, OTP code or password is disclosed to others, including employees involved in the management of the business, Merchant shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such disclosure.
- In case of loss, theft, duplication, or transfer of the phone and/or SIM card to a third party, Merchant must report immediately via HiYokke Call Center at 14021, email at hiyokke@yokke.co.id, or WhatsApp at 08114014021.
- Registration
- Merchant can register their business on the application, whether it is already registered or not as a Merchant at Application.
- Merchant must have permits for their business activities and must not engage in the following types of business activities:
1) Real estate agent.
2) Antique shop.
3) Electronic store.
4) Endangered exotic animals and/or parts.
5) Virtual and/or cryptocurrency.
6) Cashing.
7) Telecommunication equipment.
8) Jewelry store.
9) Gambling.
10) Non-physical products, including tickets, vouchers, digital credits.
11) Pornography.
12) Gunshop.
13)Copyrighted goods.
14)Any other business activities prohibited by Indonesian laws and regulations - Merchant must complete the entire registration process within 7 (seven) calendar days from the initiation of the password creation process in the application. Failure to complete the registration within the specified time will result in automatic cancellation of the registration process, and the agreement as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions will terminate accordingly.
B. Business Management
Merchant have access to designated employees to use the Application and authorize them to perform necessary actions related to Application usage as specified in these Terms and Conditions. The following are business management activities that Merchant can undertake:
- Adding Access
- Merchant can add employees under two access categories: Manager or Cashier by registering the employee's name, phone number, and email on the Application.
- Merchant agree that by adding employees to use the Application, they authorize them to perform activities according to the granted access category, whether as Manager or Cashier.
- Adding Product Catalog
- Product Addition
Merchant can add products, record inventory, upload product photos, and categorize products based on provided categories. - Pricing of Products and Services
Product prices and payments are set in Indonesian Rupiah and comply with applicable tax regulations. The minimum unit price for products offered is Rp100.00 (one hundred Rupiah) and the maximum unit price per product is Rp99,999,999.00 (ninety-nine million nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Rupiah). Resolving errors/omissions in listing prices of goods and/or services constitutes a legal relationship between the Merchant and the Buyer, which requires the Merchant to resolve such issues with the Buyer.
- Product Addition
- Application Account Types and Benefits:
- Standard Account
Upon registering a Merchant Account on the Application, Merchant will receive a Standard Account, which includes point-of-sale (POS) capabilities, acceptance of offline transactions (QRIS payment methods, cash, EDC services, and wire transfers), and transaction reporting. EDC services are only available to Merchant with an EDC partnership with Application. The service provided includes a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp5,000,000.00 (five million Rupiah) per payment method. - Business Account
The Business Account type application service includes standard account features, acceptance of online transactions (electronic money payment methods), and an online sales site. The Business Account provides a service with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp10,000,000.00 (ten million Rupiah) per payment method. - Ultimate Account
The application service with an Ultimate Account type includes the features of the Business Account with additional services for online transactions (Application debit card). The Ultimate Account offers the benefit of an unlimited daily withdrawal limit.
- Standard Account
C. Transactions
- In the course of accepting Online and Offline Transactions, Merchant shall:
- Accept payments from purchasers without imposing minimum denomination limits and provide optimum service to purchasers.
- Ensure that Buyers are not charged additional fees in any form prohibited by applicable regulations.
- Provide clear and accurate instructions to purchasers.
- Accept online transactions from Buyers using Application debit cards, electronic money (such as OVO, LinkAja, ShopeePay, Gopay, Dana) and/or other methods that may become available in the future.
- Accept offline transactions from buyers using wire transfers, QRIS, EDC services, and/or other methods that may become available in the future.
- Merchant Discount Rate (MDR)
Merchant will be charged a Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for using the Application. The MDR for each payment method is as follows:- QRIS at 0.3% or 0.7% x Transaction Amount (based on transaction type as per applicable regulations). c
- Electronic Money at 2.5% x transaction face value.
- Application debit card at 2% x transaction face value
- Merchant are required to report to Application when identifying transactions deemed high risk, abnormal and/or anomalies in transaction failures.
- Taxes and Fees
The Application includes tax and fee features for Merchant to calculate taxes and fees that are subsequently added to the total amount paid by the purchaser. The Tax and Fee features include- Tax
Tax is a mandatory contribution to the government by individuals or entities imposed by law and calculated based on applicable regulations. The Tax feature calculates the amount payable by the purchaser after adding the applicable tax rate. - Service Fee
The Service Fee is a fee charged by the Merchant to the Purchaser for the purchase of Products. The Service Fee calculates the amount payable by the Buyer after adding the Service Fee. - Other Additional Fees
Merchant may add other fees applicable to the transaction. The maximum number of additional fees that can be added is 7 types.
- Tax
D. Product Delivery
Merchant agrees to deliver Products via the shipping service selected by the Buyer on the Website (Merchant Online) and will not change the shipping service selected by the Buyer without the Buyer's consent. The terms of the product delivery process are under the authority of the shipping service provider; if there are any issues with the delivery process, Merchant may contact the shipping service provider.
E. Cancellation, Return and Exchange of Products
- Product Cancellation via Application
- Cancellation of Product orders may be initiated by Merchant prior to delivery of the Products to Buyer at Buyer's request or in accordance with Merchant's policies.
- Cancellation of Product orders will result in a refund of the total amount paid by the Buyer, less the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR).
- If a cancellation is made through the Application, the canceled transaction funds will not be automatically refunded to the Purchaser. The canceled transaction funds will still be credited to the Merchant's account. Further resolution will be handled between the Merchant and the Buyer in accordance with the Merchant's policies.
- Return and/or Exchange of Products
- The return or exchange of products is subject to Merchant's policies.
- Procedures for return and/or exchange of Products are conducted outside of the Application based on an agreement between the Merchant and the Buyer, which is the sole responsibility of both parties.
F. Disbursement of Transaction Proceeds
- Merchant hereby authorizes Application to deduct the MDR from Transactions.
- After deducting the MDR, Application will pay out the Transaction proceeds to the Merchant's Account on the specified date as set out below.
- Information on the amount of Transaction funds paid to the Merchant's Account is detailed in reports, subject to withdrawal limits according to the type of Account.
- Application will pay out Transactions according to the following schedule:
- QRIS: three times daily on the same day at 08:00, 16:00 and 20:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time).
- Electronic money and Application debit cards: one business day after the order is sent by the merchant within the timeframe from 14:00 to 17:00 WIB.
- Remaining funds not withdrawn at the above times due to exceeding the withdrawal limit of the account will be withdrawn at the next withdrawal time based on Application's analysis.
- Application may carry out verification before paying out the transactions to the Merchant.
- The Merchant acknowledges and understands that there may be delays in the payment of Transaction proceeds. In case of delays, Application will immediately notify the Merchant via the e-mail address registered in the Application.
- Application may correct the disbursement of the Transaction proceeds credited to the Merchant's Account by notifying the Merchant no later than 48 hours after the correction.
- The Merchant hereby agrees that in case of data discrepancies, Application's data shall prevail, unless the Merchant proves otherwise within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of disbursement of the Transaction proceeds.
G. Transaction History
Merchant and Managers can view transaction reports within the Application, and Merchant will receive a Merchant Statement Report (MSR) via business email within 1 (one) calendar day from the date of the transaction disbursement to the Merchant's account.
H. Monitoring and Surveillance of Transactions and Application
- If Application suspects that a Transaction involves fraud, fictitious transactions, manipulation, discrepancies in value, amount, pattern and/or other Transactionrelated matters prohibited by applicable laws and regulations and/or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, then for the purpose of reviewing the Transaction and/or processing the Application, Application reserves the right, without prior notice, to:
- Suspend the Merchant's account;
- Withhold or delay the disbursement of Transaction funds to Merchant;
- Deduct or reclaim any amounts paid by Merchant;
- Temporarily or permanently suspend Application services to Merchant;
- Terminate the relationship with Merchant at any time; and/or
- Take any other action that Application deems necessary to review the Transaction and/or Application.
- If Application's monitoring reveals that the Merchant has received complaints from buyers and/or regularly cancels product orders, Application may close the Merchant's website and/or Application account.
I. Account Closure
Account closure may be initiated by the Merchant or Application under the following conditions:

Merchant Once the account is closed, the application account cannot be used. - Application
- Application may close the Application Account if:
1) Merchant closes the account registered as the Application Account;
2) Fails to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
3) Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions regarding the sale of goods and/or services within the Application; and/or
4) At the request of authorized authorities - If there are any rights and/or obligations existing prior to the closure of the Account or the termination of this Application that have not been fulfilled by Application, MTI and/or Merchant, such rights and/or obligations shall remain until all parties have fulfilled their rights and/or obligations.
- Application may close the Application Account if:
J. Complaint Resolution
- For complaints regarding transactions, the Application or Merchant data, please contact MTI via the Call Center at 14021, email at hiyokke@yokke.co.id or WhatsApp at 08114014021.
- For account related complaints, please contact Application via branches and/or call center at 14000.
- Application and/or MTI may request and receive valid information and/or documents in order to investigate the above-mentioned complaints.
OTHERS
- Application reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, if necessary. Any changes will be notified to Merchant 30 (thirty) business days before such changes come into effect, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Merchant have the right to stop using the Application if they do not agree with the changes made by Application to the services, fees, or these Terms and Conditions.
- Other matters related to the Application, including but not limited to Merchant instructions and privacy policies within the Application, are subject to the Application Terms and Conditions
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADAPTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING THOSE OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY.
