Successful BSI account opening

Before opening a BSI account through Livin', make sure:

  • Make sure your data stored at Bank Mandiri is up to date as it will be sent to the BSI bank for processing of the BSI account opening.
  • Make sure the mobile phone number you use to register in BSI Mobile is the same as the one registered at Bank Mandiri, so that you can register a BSI account in the BSI Mobile application.

  • Open the BSI account opening inbox, then click the "Deposit Funds Now" button.
  • Transfer directly via the "Transfer" menu in Livin' by Mandiri.
  • Transfer from another bank account.

Customers who successfully create an account can activate the account on BSI Mobile and make an initial deposit of 100 thousand rupiah. Activation can be done on the BSI mobile application by filling in the data:

  • Mobile phone number
    The mobile phone number entered is the number registered with Livin by Mandiri. This number is attached to the email notification that the account has been successfully created.
  • NIK (Indonesia Citizenship Number)
  • Date of birth
  • Account Number
    The account number entered is the BSI account number that has been successfully created through Livin by Mandiri.

The minimum initial deposit for opening a BSI account through Livin' by Mandiri is Rp100,000.
