By using Sukha, Customers declare that Customers are subject to and agree to the Terms and Conditions below:

• Products or services displayed in Sukha are provided, owned, and authorized by Sukha’s Partner. Bank Mandiri only facilitates the payment processing.

• Terms related to products or services, including but not limited to product or service prices, promotion, and product or service delivery services, are determined by Sukha’s Partner.

• By utilizing and/or purchasing products or services provided by Sukha’s Partner, Customers are bound by the terms and conditions of use of products or services set out by and provided on the respective pages of Sukha’s Partner.

• Utilization and/or purchase of products or services provided by Sukha’s Partner constitutes a legal binding relationship between Customers and Sukha’s Partner.

• Customers understand and agree that Bank Mandiri may process the Customers' data such as name, date of birth, telephone number, or gender, including disclose it to Sukha’s Partner, for the purpose of improving Sukha’s services.

•  Any issues related to the utilization and/or purchase of products or services must be resolved between Customers and Sukha’s Partner.

• Sukha’s Partner and/or Bank Mandiri may display videos sourced from Youtube. Customers hereby declare that Customers are subject to and bound by Youtube policies as stipulated in https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
