Terms and Conditions for Opening a BSI Account

Provisions

• Customers' data at Bank Mandiri will be sent to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for account opening in accordance with BSI regulation.
• The process of BSI account opening is carried out in accordance with BSI's policies and regulations. In the event of any loss suffered by the Customers due to BSI account opening failure, it is the sole responsibility of BSI.
• If there are questions and/or complaints regarding BSI Account opening, Customers can contact BSI call center at 14040.
   

About Agreement for BSI Wadiah Account Opening

• Customers deposit their funds through the Bank.
• The Bank, based on its discretion, can provide bonuses to Customers which will be given every month or in accordance with the provisions applicable at the Bank.
   

Akad Wadiah
I hereby agree to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk to provide my personal information and/or data to PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) for opening an account and I agree to open an Easy Wadiah Savings Account with a minimum deposit of IDR 100.000,00 (one hundred thousand rupiah).
