What is the Mandiri Reconciliation Portal service?

Mandiri Reconciliation Portal or MRP is an integrated portal owned and developed by the bank as a company media for sending billing data, monitoring dashboards, and viewing detailed payment receipt reports.

Who are the users who can use the MRP service?

All billers who use Mandiri Bill Collection services with the data store forward/upload method.

What is the function of using the MRP service?

Portal for uploading and updating billing data, reading receipt reports, and reconciling payment receipts.

What payment methods can be accommodated in the MRP service?

Flexibility and speed for billers in updating billing data, obtaining status and details of receipt reports, and supporting the receipt report reconciliation process, especially for open payments.

What fees are charged to corporate customers using MRP service? 

The use of the MRP portal is free of charge (Rp. 0,-), however, there are basic fees for using the Mandiri Bill Collection (MBC) service, which include:

  • Internal Billing System: Transaction fee of Rp. 2,500 per transaction (in accordance with MBC terms).
  • Host to Host: Transaction fee of Rp. 2,500 per transaction, Development fee of Rp. 50,000,000 (at the start of implementation), Leased line connection fee of Rp. 5,000,000 per month.

What requirements need to be fulfilled to use the MRP service?

The customer needs to complete the following documents:

  • Main Form
  • MRP General Parameters Form
  • Service Terms & Conditions Form

Once the forms are completed, they can be uploaded through the Onboarding Portal (POB).

What risks may arise if using MRP services?

  • The possibility of disruptions in the communication network, causing access to MRP services to be interrupted or unavailable.
  • The possibility of anomalies in the delay of transaction report submissions to the MRP service.
