Online On-Boarding Transaction Channel is a feature that facilitates customer in applying to Kopra by Mandiri transactional service online, independently, without necessity to visit our Branch Office or meet with our Sales team. Customers can submit their application to open these following services, Kopra Cash Management, Kopra Cash Lite, Kopra Trade, and Kopra Value Chain.

What is Online On-Boarding Kopra Cash Management?
Who can use Online On-Boarding Kopra Cash Management?
- New Customer who does not have a current account can choose the electronic form in the Current Account Section to start the application to open a current account and Kopra Cash Management account simultaneously through Kopra Portal Landing Page.
- Bank Mandiri customers who already have current account(s) can directly access Kopra Portal Landing Page to fill out the Kopra Cash Management electronic form.
- Bank Mandiri customers who already have Kopra Cash Management accounts can also apply to open a new Kopra Cash Management account for a new Company ID through Kopra Portal after they log in.
Do I still need to visit the branch office or send physical documents to Bank Mandiri to complete the Online On-Boarding Kopra Cash Management process?
Customers who already have current accounts do not need to come to the branch office to complete the Kopra Cash Management registration because they can simply fill out the electronic form and sign the documents digitally.
However, customers who wish to open Current Accounts and Kopra Cash Management simultaneously still have to come to the Branch Office to sign and submit the documents physically

What is Online On-boarding Mandiri Global Trade (MGT) or Kopra Trade?
Online On-boarding MGT is a registration process for opening a new MGT/Kopra Trade account online through Kopra Portal. Customers only need to fill out the electronic form and digitally sign the forms without presenting the physical documents or visiting a branch office. The customers will receive an email notification once their MGT/Kopra Trade accounts have been created.
Who can use Online On-boarding MGT or Kopra Trade?
Customers with the following criteria can use MGT or Kopra Trade Online On-boarding:
- Prospective customers who already have current accounts and other channels account can apply for MGT by accessing Kopra portal to fill out some forms digitally.
- Prospective customers who already have current accounts, but they do not have any other Bank Mandiri’s wholesale transactional channels can also apply for MGT through Kopra portal access to fill out the forms digitally.
How can I access Online On-boarding MGT feature or Kopra Trade?
- For customers who do not currently have Kopra accounts:
Online On-boarding MGT or Kopra Trade can be accessed through the Landing Page on Bank Mandiri's Kopra portal at https://koprabymandiri.com Then the customer can go to the onboarding section, then select the MGT menu.
- For customers who already have Kopra accounts:
Online On-boarding MGT or Kopra Trade can be accessed via Bank Mandiri's Kopra portal at https://koprabymandiri.com. Customers can log in first by using their Kopra accounts. From there, click on "My Product" tab then select the "Trade & Guarantee" menu. Next, the customers can select the "Start Application" menu and fill out the online forms.
What are the features that customers can enjoy with their MGT or Kopra Trade accounts?
MGT or Kopra Trade is a web-based application that can be accessed by customers to facilitate trade transactions (export, import or financing transactions based on trade transactions) as well as bank guarantees. With, MGT or Kopra Trade, customers can enjoy the following features:
- Trade transation services such as: trade financing, Bank Guarantees, LC & SKBDN;
- 24/7 Online Submission: accessible anytime and anywhere for online trade and BG transactions;
- Calendar Events: inform important dates related to Trade and BG transactions;
- Inquiry & Monitoring: inquiry of transaction status dan details, monitoring the use and the remaining limits;
- Notification: notification via dashboard and email;
- Template Form: template forms to make repeated transactions easier;
- Reporting: volume / outstanding / limit / other reports can be downloaded directly;
- Draft Preview: preview of the LC drafts before the transactions are submitted to the Bank;
- Access Level: flexible access level (Makers-Checkers) as needed;
- Personalized Dashboard: the dashboard view can be set according to your wishes and convenience;
- Document Upload: upload the underlying transactions in various formats;
- Contact Us: submit your inquiries through Contact Us feature, or Customer Instruction for easy access and service.

What is Online On-Boarding Mandiri Financial Supply Chain Management (MFSCM) or Kopra Value Chain?
Online On-boarding MFSCM/Kopra Value Chain is an innovation in online registration process of the Value Chain Suppliers and Debtors, which provides added value in terms of process acceleration and simplification. Customers can complete the online onboarding process through the Kopra website by filling out electronic form and providing an e-Signature on the application.
What type of financing is available in Kopra Value Chain?
The financing that is carried out through Kopra Value Chain is working capital financing with two approaches:
- Account Payable Financing, credit facility provided by the Bank to the Debtors with the aim of making the bill payment to the Sellers by the Buyers;
- Account Receivable Financing, credit facility provided by the Bank to the Debtors with the aim of accelerating the payment of Seller bills from the buyers.
What are the features of Kopra Value Chain?
- Online On-boarding Kopra Value Chain,which is a web-based system with e-Sign authorization that speeds up the customer registration process.
- Simple Invoicing and Auto-Financing, which can be initiated through Kopra Value Chain access address.
- Automatic Repayment, which will be made on the invoice payment date or the loan payment date.
- Push Notification,which sends notifications for all activities carried out in Kopra Value Chain via the customer's email address or registered telephone number.Comprehensive Report,which provides and stores customer transaction reports
Who can use Online On-Boarding MFSCM or Kopra Value Chain?
Online On-boarding MFSCM/Kopra Value Chain is only available to Bank Mandiri customers who already have Value Chain limits at Bank Mandiri, or those who are counterparties of Bank Mandiri debtors
What if my registration is failed?
If the customer's account creation fails, it means that the customer's application has been rejected by the Bank. The customer will receive an email notification from the Bank. For further information, customers can contact the Bank via kopra@bankmandiri.co.id or visit the nearest branch office.
How do I sign documents via Privy ID?
After the bank completes the customer data verification process, the customer will receive an email from our partner, Privy ID, to register online to create a Privy ID account. Then the customer can continue the process by signing the document online. Customers must ensure that they follow the instructions on their smartphones and prepare the following supporting documents:
1. Identity cards (KTP)
2. Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) of the registered company
What if my application is rejected by Privy (digital document signing)?
If a customer's application is rejected by Privy due to not meeting certain criteria, the registration can still be considered accepted by the bank, as it falls under the category of "soft rejection." If this occurs, the customer can proceed to the document signing process.
How can I access Online On-Boarding Transaction Channel?
Customers can access the Online On-Boarding Transaction Channel feature on Kopra Portal Landing Page in the “ON-BOARDING” section and select the transaction channels that they want to register for. After selecting the transaction channels, customers need to provide complete information about their companies and their Bank Mandiri account numbers.
