Other Bank Account Information is a feature of Kopra by Mandiri to facilitate the customers in getting information on account balance and mutation from your company’s account at another bank through 1 dashboard.
What bank accounts can be registered on the Other Bank Account Information feature?
All accounts from other banks that cooperate with SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) can be displayed on the financial dashboard of the Kopra Portal by Mandiri.
How to register accounts at other banks at Kopra by Mandiri?
Customers who wish to register in displaying their other bank accounts on the financial dashboard of Kopra Portal by Mandiri can follow these application steps:
- Contact the other banks to send MT940 statements from the selected accounts to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
- When it has been confirmed by the other banks that the customers' accounts have been sent to Bank Mandiri, the customers can contact the Branch Office or Bank Mandiri Sales team to complete the statement of bank account ownership documents.
- The application will be processed further by Bank Mandiri until the accounts are displayed on the financial dashboard of Kopra by Mandiri.
