• Previous debitur of Mortgage (KPR) or Refinancing (Multiguna) from other bank with a min. of 12 months running credit with a good collectability score from 6 months ago.

• Min. income:

  • KPR Take Over: Rp 3.5 Million/month in Jabodetabek and Rp 2.5 Million/month outside Jabodetabek (based on work location).

  • KPR Multiguna Take Over: Rp 5 Million/month.

• Min. age of 21 years or already married.

• Maximum age at the time the credit is paid off is 55 years for employees or 60 years for professional/self employed.

• The Motgage facility at the original bank has never been restructured.

This Take Over program period is valid until the application deadline of 31 December 2024.
