Kredit Usaha Rakyat
KUR consisting of working capital and/or investment credit/financing provided to individual/personal MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises)-scale who is profitable and creditworthy but does not have additional collateral or has additional collateral but is not sufficient.

Increasing and expanding access to financing to profitable business;

Increasing competitive advantages of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises; and
-
Encouraging economic growth and workforce intake.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises;
-
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of family members of employees having fixed incomes or be employed as Indonesian migrant worker.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Indonesian migrant worker who have ever worked abroad;
-
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in border areas with other countries;
-
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises retirees of Civil Servants, National Army of the Republic of Indonesia and National Police of the Republic of Indonesia and/or employees under retirement preparation period;
-
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises includes :
1. Farmers and Fishermen Community Union (Gapoktan), or
2. Other Business Community. -
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Workers affected by Termination of Employment;
-
Prospective Indonesian Migrant Worker who will work abroad; and/or
-
Prospective Internship Members abroad;
-
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of housewives.
Business or Business Community Borrower of KUR must be profitable and creditworthy business activities producing goods and/or services to provide added value and increase incomes for businessmen. Debtor's Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC) are as follows:

Age of the prospective debtor is at least 21 years old or has been married, the age of the prospective debtor of Employment of Indonesian Migrant Worker is allowed to be at least 18 years old, however they must submit a statement letter of from the prospective debtor and a letter of consent from their parents/guardians to work abroad;

Based on assessment on the prospective Debtor conducted by Bank through Financial Information Service System (SLIK) as follows :
1. Prospective Debtor may simultaneously obtain credit/financing, namely KUR at the same Distributor, home ownership loan, two-wheeled motor vehicle credit/leasing for commercial purposes, credits secured by Pension Certificate, credit card, warehouse receipt credit, and/or consumptive credit for household purposes from banks and non-Bank financial institutions in accordance with definitions as stipulated by the laws and regulations with a current collectability status;
2. Prospective Debtor who still has a debit balance of credit/profitable financing and credit/financing programs outside KUR that are recorded in Financial Information Service System (SLIK) but the concerned person has paid off the credit, a certificate of repayment/settlement supported with a printed account attachment from the previous lender/financing provider are required. -
Particularly for Small KUR Prospective Debtor/Debtor who is not included in National Blacklist of as a Drawer of Bad-Cheque and/or Bad Bilyet Giro

Prospective borrowers of Super Micro KUR, Micro KUR, Small KUR, and Indonesian Migrant Worker (PMI) KUR, and Special KUR have never obtained credit/investment financing/commercial working capital, except for :
1. Consumptive credit/financing for household purposes;
2. Credit/ scheme financing /ultra-micro scales or the like; and/or
3. Credit to information technology-based co-financing service companies or digital-based financing companies.

construction sector;
-
people's salt-mining sector;

tourism sector;
-
production services sector; and/or
-
other production sectors.

Participating in mentoring program. 2. Participating in entrepreneurship training or other trainings. 3. Join in a Business Community; or 4. Having a family member who has business activities |

- i. Business Identification Number (NIB) or Micro and Small Business Certificate (SKU) issued by RT/RW, sub-district/village, or by issued the authorized officials and/or other similar certificates in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations;
- ii. Population Identification Number (NIK) as evidenced by an identity card in the form of eKTP or e-KTP Issuance Cover Note.
- iii. Tax Id Number (NPWP) for limits above IDR 50 million.
- iv. Copy of Family Card
- v. Copy of Marriage/Divorce Letter/Certificate (for prospective Debtor who is married/divorced).
- vi. BPJS TK membership (only for Small KUR & Special KUR credit limit >IDR 100 million)

b. KUR Employment of Indonesian Migrant Worker
- i. Population Identification Number (NIK) as evidenced by identity card in the form of eKTP or e-KTP Issuance Cover Note;
- ii. Indonesian Migrant Worker employment agreement by the Indonesian labor employment and/or internship agency.
- iii. Employment Agreement with the employer of Indonesian Migrant Worker either placed by the Indonesian employment and/or internship agency, the Government or Indonesian Migrant Worker who works individually.
- iv. Copy of Family Card
- v. Copy of Certificate of Marriage/Divorce (for prospective Debtor who is married/divorced)
Borrower of Small KUR and Special KUR with a credit limit above IDR 100,000,000.00 (one hundred million rupiah) is required to participate in the Employee Social Security Program (BPJS) in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations of employment social security implementation
Some risks that can occur in KUR among other are:
1. Risk of changes in economic and political conditions
2. Liquidity risk
3. Third party’s default risk
4. Changes in laws and regulations risk
5. Force majeure risk (natural disasters/extraordinary events)
