Mandiri Host to Host Payment (H2H Payment) is a payment solution that utilizes direct debiting based on API integration between the Bank’s system and your Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system, handling your company’s banking transactions without the need to ever visit the bank.

Key Features :

  1. Inquiry
    a. Balance : Customer account balance check.
    b. Transaction: Transaction status check and transaction history.
    c. Beneficiary Name: Verification of recipient name during transaction.
  2. Transfer
    a. Transfer to other Bank Mandiri account.
    b. Transfer to accounts in other banks (SKN, RTGS, BI-Fast).
    c. Foreign currency transfer to other banks.
    d. Payroll payments.
  3. Bill Payment
    a. Bill Payment Inquiry: Customer bill amount check.
    b. Bill Payment: Payment of customer bills

Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer Requirements
    1. Active current account holder in the corporate, commercial, institutional, financial institution, and small medium enterprises (SME) segments.
    2. Incorporated as legal entity and compliant with all legal aspects (mandatory compliance with applicable permits and/or certifications).
    3. Business process computerization through Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) platform or similar digital platform.
    4. Has business permit for at least 1 (one) year at date of application.
    5. Not engaged in business activities that are prohibited by the authorities and/or applicable regulations.
    6. Not listed on the Indonesian National Blacklist (DHN) maintained by Bank Indonesia.
  • Application Procedures:
    1. Submit Kopra Host to Host Payment application through Business Unit PIC at Bank Mandiri head office, regional office, or branch
    2. Sign a Cooperation Agreement on the provision of Kopra Host to Host Payment transaction services.
    3. Submit other supporting documents required under the Bank's regulations.
    4. Develop application and conduct application testing with the Bank – the features of the application can be tailored to the needs of individual customers.
    5. Adherence to the technical specification and governance standards set by Bank Mandiri, and the National Open API Payment Standard (SNAP) adopted by Bank Indonesia for SNAP specification services.
  • Kopra Host to Host Payment can be used for:
    1. Internal transaction needs of customers.
    2. Transaction needs of customer’s mitra or end customers.

Risk :

  1. Possibility of disruption in communication network/API system causing transaction to fail.
  2. Misuse of Bank Mandiri APIs leading to leakage of API security key and transaction data due to negligence of service users.

Additional Information :

  1. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject service request applications from prospective customers based on the Bank's assessment in accordance with the applicable requirements and terms.
  2. The Bank has the right to make changes to technical specifications, features, fees, risks, and terms & conditions of service, and may notify customers of same through any means as per applicable regulations.
