Internationally, Mandiri University actively participates in building networks and observing the development of corporate university management in the world through collaboration with the European Foundation of Management Development (EFMD) based in Brussels, Belgium, and with the Global Council of Corporate University (Global CCU) based in Paris, France.
Within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Mandiri University also supports the implementation and success of the Merdeka Campus program at Bank Mandiri.

The Indonesia Finance Learning Institute is a cluster of state-owned companies engaged in the financial services sector and consists of 7 IFLI members namely:
- Bank Mandiri
- BRI
- BNI
- BTN
- Bank Syariah Indonesia
- Pegadaian
- Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM)
IFLI has a training program, namely the IFLI Learning Program and the materials are supported by every IFLI member.
FHCI is a forum that provides ideas to support the Ministry of SOEs, including the concept of a Director of Remuneration, Human Capital Generic Model, Executive Development System, Human Capital Competency Directory, and Human Capital Management Synergy.
It started from the idea of a communication forum for the Director of Human Resources for State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) in 2006 to find the best human resource management solutions in SOE through sharing and best practices. As a result, the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) was officially launched on January 8, 2007.
Ms. Alexandra Askandar (Deputy Director of Bank Mandiri) serves as Chairwoman, and Mr. Dharma Syahputra (General Director and HR of Kimia Farma) is the Secretary-General.

Kampus Merdeka is an internship program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek).

The selection process consists of 3 stages:
- Administration,
- Psychometric test,
- Interview (SHL)
The Merdeka Campus Internship will last for six months. At the end of the internship, the participants will present an internship project later. Depending on the project and internship results, we may offer them to participate in the Bank Mandiri Officer Development Program.

Srikandi BUMN Indonesia is a community of women working in SOEs to support each other in their work and achievements in various roles, both as mothers, wives, and workers.
For professional women working in SOEs, this community has the role of a place to support each other, build capacity, be able to adapt and maintain the balance of their functions.

Founded in 1972, EFMD is a global, non-profit, membership-driven organisation dedicated to management development. It is recognised globally as an accreditation body for business schools, business school programmes, and corporate universities.
One of the CLIP accreditations is assessing corporate university accreditation globally. Bank Mandiri successfully received this accreditation at the end of 2021, and officially getting recognitions in January 2022.

Global CCU is a global scale forum formed to support and develop corporate university practices.
Since 2013, GCCU has given awards through the implementation of the GlobalCCU Award event every two years, where the participants are from various corporate universities from around the world.
In 2021, Mandiri University won an award from the GlobalCCU Award in the category of Corporate Responsibility and Soft Power.

Bank Mandiri is among the state-owned companies chosen to support this internship program and Mandiri University contributes the learning modules to support the participants in this internship program.
