ANNOUNCEMENT

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) Tbk.
No. HBK.CSC/12/P/XI/2018

Board of Directors of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (hereinafter reffered to as the “Company”) hereby informs the Shareholders that the Company will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as the “EGMS”) On Monday, January 7, 2019.
In accordance with the Company’s Article of Association and with regard to Regulation of the Financial Service Authority Number 32/POJK.04/2014 concerning Plan and Implementation of a General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Limited Companies as amended by the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 10/POJK.04/2017 :

1. Notice of the EGMS will be announced to the Shareholders at least in 1 (one) Indonesian language daily newspaper with wide circulation within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia website, an the Company’s website on Friday, December 14, 2018.
2. The shareholders who are entitled to attend the EGMS are the shareholders whose names are registered in the Registry of the Company Shareholders or registered in the Collective Deposit of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia by Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 16.00 WIB.
3. Motions from the Shareholders will be included in the Agenda of the EGMS if comply with the requirements as stated in the article 23 paragraph (6) of the Company’s Article of Association and must be received not later than Friday, December 7, 2018.
